'It's going to be a snowflake!' Changed UCL, League Phase 1 Ranking Table Results... Bundesliga Shenzhen-PL Ranked 8th in Only 2 Teams

The first leg of the UEFA Champions League (UCL) phase has all been completed.
UEFA released the ranking table on its official channel on the 20th (Korea Standard Time) after the first leg of the league phase.

The Champions League is facing a new change in its progress from this season. First, the number of teams participating in the finals has increased from 32 to 36. Slovan Bratislava, Lille, Tsurvena Zvezda, Dynamo, Young Boys, Sparta Prague, and Salzburg were on the last train to go to the finals after the playoffs. 안전놀이터

Instead of a group league format, the league phase will take place. There are nine teams from ports 1 to 4, and each of them will meet two teams in each port, with four home matches and four away matches to play a total of eight matches. Teams that have achieved results and ranked first to eighth in the final round will automatically advance to the round of 16. Eight teams from ninth to 24th will go through the playoffs again, while the remaining 25th to 36th will be eliminated.

Previously, you had to look at the group league table, which consists of four teams in each group, but now all 36 teams come out as one ranking table. Bayern Munich, Celtic, Bayer Leverkusen, Aston Villa, Borussia Dortmund, Sparta Prague, Liverpool and Juventus were in order from 1st to 8th.

In the first round, Bundesliga teams performed well. Munich, which secured a landslide 9-2 win against Dinamo Zagreb thanks to Harry Kane's port trick, took the top spot with a seven-point lead. Leverkusen, which secured a landslide 4-0 win over Feyenoord, was also ranked third. Among Premier League teams, Aston Villa and Liverpool ranked eighth.

As the league phase has seven more matches to play, competition to secure the top spot is likely to intensify. In the past, a team ranking within the top two teams could automatically advance to the round of 16 best teams, but as 36 teams compete at once, not only winning but also losing or losing will become more important. Due to the difference between winning and losing in the first round, Real Madrid and Paris Saint-Germain failed to enter the top eight due to difference between winning and losing in the first round. The teams ranking from ninth to 24th have to play more games to secure playoff stages.
